Experience Eco-Friendly Driving
The Prius is equipped with an “Eco Drive Support Monitor” that allows drivers to ascertain driving conditions at a glance. The monitor provides information about the driver’s acceleration and braking and provides feedback about the eco-friendliness of their current driving style, plus whether the vehicle is being driven by the electric motor or the gas/petrol engine, etc., with the purpose of helping drivers to be more conscious about how eco-friendly their driving is.
The monitor also displays the current average fuel consumption rates. The Eco Wallet function allows drivers to input a set fuel consumption rate and fuel price, and then calculates how much money the driver has saved if they achieve a better fuel consumption rate, thereby adding to the driver’s enjoyment of driving smartly and in an environmentally-friendly way.
