GCA Auto Sales N.V. announces management and name changes
To further our business developments, we make a formal announcement of a change in our company name. GCA Auto Sales N.V., known for doing business as Garage Cordia Aruba, located at Camacuri 8, Oranjestad, will continue its business as Toyota Aruba.
In addition to the change in name there is also a change in management and ownership. Mr. Hans Schnog will retire and Mr. Frank Dennert will take over the position as the new director of Toyota Aruba and ownership of GCA Holding NV. These changes are effective from July 1st, 2023.
Mr. Frank Dennert
Mr. Dennert has been with the company since 2014 as the chief operation officer (COO). In 2003 he received his MBA after graduating from Florida International University and has broad experience in business economics and banking.
These changes allow us to continue the strong direction of growth that Mr. Dennert has put into place. The change of name will enable us to improve our service for the better and offer you a wider scope of services that will now be associated under the new company name. The Toyota brand stands for, continues improvement, ensuring value, safety, and quality wherever your adventures may take you. Toyota vision is to create mobility for all, which will be enforced with the new slogan: All that moves you! The name change will have no effect on our services and products but will be reflected in our company branding and documentation. Our quality, commitment, and professionalism in this industry, which we according to the Toyota way, shall continue to improve.
ABOUT GCA AUTO SALES N.V.
(GCA) opened her doors in July of 1965 in Caya Betico Croes with a supply of 10 cars and a few thousand dollars in parts. Since then, GCA has sold more than 50.000 cars and has millions of parts in stock. The business grew rapidly and over the years, the company plant has expanded three times.
Mr. Hans Schnog
From its establishment until his 70’s Mr. Herbert Schnog ran the business completely by himself. In 1976 Mr. Herbert Schnog retired from the company and handed over the company to his son Mr. Hans Schnog. On July 17, 2005, exactly 40 years after the company first opened its doors, GCA Auto Sales N.V. introduced her new dealership facility at Camacuri. Mr. Hans Schnog ran the company for a total of 47 years.
